This brand is run by a thoughtful founder, Aisyah Mazlan, born in Malaysia. Aisyah studied Fashion Design at the University of South Wales in Cardiff, UK.
During her time there, she spent half of her degree in University's studios and another half online, fully digital from Malaysia.
Before specializing in Fashion, Aisyah also studied Art & Design. This fueled the influence to create fashion that is intricate. Also, her empathy with nature underpins her design vision.
Aisyah Mazlan is a multidisciplinary creative brand with an art and design background, building a contemporary fashion label in the modesty world. Our strength is being meticulous especially when it comes to materials and construction. We focus on quality over quantity by creating an emotional connection towards our pieces.
Aisyah Mazlan is a concept spawned by the collective mind of the inspirational women around Malaysia. Strong independent women living different lives and cultures, showing different perspectives of femininity. Reflecting all women AM gives freedom and is intended to be a unique complement to an individual style.
As a slow fashion brand, we strive to be as sustainable as possible. Items can be adapted and altered, and we produce them in small batches.
